On Saturday, February 19th at 2 p.m., you can experience the tastes and sounds of the Civil War at the Rum River Library in Anoka. “Tastes & Sounds of the Civil War” is a hands-on approach to discussing the Civil War. Artifacts, pictures, music, and a special taste of a soldier’s typical fare, will be shared with guests by an authentically costumed presenter.
