Take-A-Kid Ice Fishing Weekend

This year, Take-A-Kid Ice Fishing Weekend is February 18-20, 2012.  We are having such a short winter, this weekend may be one of our only chances to try ice fishing.   This weekend only, you do not need a license if accompanied by a child younger than 16 and are actively participating in Take-A-Kid Ice Fishing Weekend. There are a variety of organized fishing opportunities throughout the state; check the DNR website for events.
