Here is a list of things to do with your baby or toddler for all you stir-crazy stay-at-homes.  My favorite is the Minneapolis Institute of Arts.  Their Family Center is wonderful.  It has baskets full of blocks and a quite nursing room.  You can bring a snack to eat or buy one at the concession stand.  It also has wi-fi.  What more could you ask for?  

Baby story hour is great fun.  The Hennepin County Library offers a list here and Ramsey County here.  Many of the recently remodeled libraries have great places to allow some crawling and exploration.  Also check your local bookstores.  Red Balloon, Wild Rumpus and Barnes & Noble all offer something for babies.
