The City of St. Paul’s 4th of July Fireworks will be Downtown in Upper Landing Park beginning at 10:15 p.m.  Traffic is expected to be heavy so the city recommends that you arrive early and plan to stay late.  Go Here for handy maps for parking and getting around the road construction.
