On Saturday, Lowry Nature Center is the place to to take your family to see wild songbirds being safely trapped, studied and tagged with numbered rings. You may even get a chance to hear a bird’s heartbeat and help release it.  This activity is restricted to participants age 5 and older.

Roll up your sleeves and use your muscles to help in a park-wide buckthorn pull at Woodlake Nature Center.  Refreshments will be served following the event.  Please bring work gloves if you have them.  All ages are encouraged to help.
